Application for the Experiential Learning Leadership Intensive
(a.k.a. the “Boot Camp”)
To Apply:
- First, pay the boot camp fees as outlined in the form below. The costs of any deposits already paid are applied to your fees.
- If paying by check or wire transfer, please email laurie@shineyourlight.life for an invoice and DO NOT fill out the payment form below. Make checks payable to Shine Your Light and mail to: 2705 Webster St. #5312, Berkeley, CA 94705. For wire transfers, please add $16 for bank fees.
- If using the payment form below, note that merchant service fees are added.
- To avoid merchant service and wire fees, we encourage payment by check.
- NOTE: The registration fee covers 4 days and 3 nights of double-occupancy lodging, meals, use of the resort grounds and facilities, registration, materials, and presentations. Single lodging available for an additional $255.60. Participants must arrange and cover the costs of their travel and incidentals. Families and guests welcome for an extra fee. - Next, submit the application form below by 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time on February 17, 2020. We encourage applicants to submit their applications well in advance of the deadline. We will notify confirmed attendees and send additional information upon acceptance.
